What is the vision for the Wall of Faith?
The vision of the Wall of Faith is to raise money to buy the facility we are currently renting and more, one brick at a time. Once you have contributed/pledge to the Wall of Faith your name will be placed on a brick on the Wall of Faith. We are obeying the word of the Lord to keep on sowing the seed.

What is included in this building project?
The property occupies a substantial site having an extensive frontage to Romford Road, with the main vehicular access from Manor Park Road, plus an additional access into CarltonRoad. There is an existing crossover and further vehicular access from Romford Road. The main building is planned on basement, ground, first & second floors, whilst the three adjoining rear buildings, constructed in 2002/3. These buildings are presently used as a School and Church.
There is a large yard for parking, loading and unloading.

We are currently renting these units. LCLC is occupying Unit 1 with three learning centre's, reception and cafeteria. The part of upper floor of Unit 2 is also being used a learning centre. Unit 2-3 are being occupied by the church as the Sanctuary and offices of the church.
First and second floors
Approached from its own entrance from Romford road, this comprises two self contained floors each of approximately 2,504 sq. ft. (total 5,008 sq. ft.). This part of the property is presently being used by a church for training, offices and meetings.
The first floor comprises a large open area, training room, WC s and Kitchen The second floor comprises office, two training rooms, a one bedroom flat, plus WC s. There is an extensive roof terrace of approximately 1,800 sq. ft. Total gross internal floor area approximately 17,700 sq. ft. This includes the lean-to area but excludes the low ceiling office area.
What is the goal?
Our goal originally was to raise seven million pounds now that amount has been reduced to four million pounds. The four million will help pay for the whole facility at 639-643 Romford Road. Take a look at the picture below to see the whole building (Marked Red) including the parking lot.
